SDL WBA3 12.5 Gb/s Ultra wideband RF amplifier designed specifically for driving optical modulators driver in high speed optical communication systems, optimised to operate at 10Gb/s.
The units utilise Gallium Arsenide monolithic microwave integrated circuits(MMICs) with innovative circuit techniques to extend the bandwidth. The driver incorporates a pin for 10dB electronic gain control and modulation injection up to 200kHz.
